It the March school holidays now! I just bought a new laptop yesterday, when my goal for the IT Show 2010 was initially a camera. But sadly none of the camera there caught my eyes, let alone buy it. I have seen and known from head to toe all the 'new' cameras launched there. Say the Canon Powershot S90, I've seen it on HK's TV months back. Same for Sony Cybershot's TX7 and Samsung's dual LCD camera. They don't even sell 3D cameras here. So it's really no element of surprise for me at all. I even know their features better than the rude sales there(Sales in charge of camera). And I realised HK has a wider choice of colours, so not fair. The only thing better is it's cheaper here. Okay if I go on, I might end up booking air tickets to go home right away, this very second!!! One thing I liked was, the sales in charge of laptops were very friendly. Especially male sales, they would approach my in a friendly manner to ask if I needed assistance. Even if I turn them down, they would still smile and say "It's okay." or "Thank You". These applies to all brands. Maybe this is why I ended up buying a laptop when I have 2 at home already(excluding computers) and with a mind all set to bring home a new camera, not a laptop. But anyway, I must say I have no regrets and love my laptop now. Windows 7 is very alike to Mac. My laptop has a multi-touch touchpad and is of LED screen. It's my new love now.

If you are not convinced that I knew TX7, Powershot S90 months ago. I will prove it to you once again. Today is Sunday, 14 March 2010, it's 12.56am now. Sony has launched a new digital camera called TX5, it's not even launched today, but even longer ago. To be exact, it was announced on 10 March and made avaiable on 11 March 2010. What so special about it? It is Sony Cyber-shot's first ever waterproof camera. And it's available for sale in HK right now!!! Singapore, do you see it at the IT Show? I only see TX1 and TX7. Bear in mind, at shows like this, a sensible company will launch all it's latest product. I believe Sony would be clever enough to do so. So if you want a TX5 so badly, either beg me to help you purchase one or wait, for a long time maybe. I happened to realise a few Cyber-shot cameras were not even sold in Singapore at all, and it's design is brilliant. Sad for you. If you think I was just making all this up. Time for evidence then!

Just so you know, I do not work for Sony. So this is not some inside information. Or if you want to, you can say I am clever and gifted then. This would make you happier, no? I shall go play with the webcam now.
