Yes, it's per month and that the call time you can have with less than $20. It's by the way per-paid lines, those contract have even more stunning figures, up to 6 figures!!! In Singapore, student plan is around $30 per month for only 100 mins. Wtf.

I am school-less, there at least. And wtf, school in HK are switching to China styled-uniforms(refer to students in pic, yes, that's there daily uniform_|_). First primary schools, now even secondary. I always used to find the uniform of those school in Hk very pretty and graceful, now, I feel like it's sports school ones. No China ones...Thank god elite schools still stick to those beauties, with our glory-filled HK history.
